Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist, located in Borivali. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming and assisting visitors, handling phone inquiries with professionalism, organizing and maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for the company and represent its values in all interactions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Strong Clerical Skills including organizing and managing paperwork
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and assist visitors
Attention to detail, time management capabilities, and professional demeanor
Proficiency with office management software is a plus
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
