Position: Customer Relationship ExecutiveRole OverviewThe Customer Relationship Executive will be the primary point of contact for walk-in clients as well as incoming phone enquiries. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and a customer-first mindset. You will assist customers with queries, coordinate their orders, and ensure a smooth and professional front-end experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers with their printing requirements. Manage phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and customer emails professionally. Understand client needs and recommend suitable printing solutions. Coordinate with the internal production/design team for order updates. Maintain timely follow-up with clients regarding ongoing and upcoming orders. Manage order entries, maintain customer records, and update job sheets. Ensure the front desk and customer area are organized and presentable. Handle basic billing, receipts, and payment follow-ups (if required). Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed. Build long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business. Skills & RequirementsStrong communication skills (Telugu / English / Hindi preferred). Excellent customer management and follow-up skills. Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly approach. Ability to understand printing-related requirements (training will be provided). Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp Business / phone etiquette. Ability to multitask and manage walk-ins + calls simultaneously. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an added advantage (not mandatory).
