Job Responsibilities:As a Receptionist at KOVE STAYS , you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest experiences from the moment they arrive. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable upon their arrival.
2. Check-In and Check-Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, verifying reservations, collecting payments, and ensuring accurate billing.
3. Guest Services: Attend to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations.
4. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with guests, colleagues, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
5. Phone and Email Handling: Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a courteous and timely manner, providing accurate information and assistance.
6. Reservations: Assist in making and modifying room reservations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies.
7. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer, following hotel procedures.
8. Concierge Services: Provide recommendations and assistance to guests regarding local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
