Job Description

  • Patient Reception:
  • Greet patients and visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Register new patients and update existing patient records in the clinic management system.
  • Provide necessary forms, documents, and information to patients.
  • Appointment Scheduling:
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth scheduling and minimize wait times.
  • Manage the appointment calendar to optimize patient flow.
  • Communication:
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Relay messages and communicate relevant information to the appropriate staff members.
  • Provide information about clinic services, procedures, and pricing to potential patients.
  • Billing and Payments:
  • Process patient payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate with the billing department for insurance claims, if applicable.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned by the Clinic Manager.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate effectively with the medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless clinic operations.
  • Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
