TITLE:- JOB DESCRIPTION
DEPARTMENT:- FRONT OFFICE (FEMALE)
POSITION:- GUEST RELATION EXECUTIVE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
Ø Addressing and escalating customer complaints
Ø Providing information about facilities, programs and other services
Ø Review arrival lists to welcome guests
Ø Attend to VIP guests and answer their inquiries
Ø Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
Ø Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
Ø Offer assistance with certain tasks Conformation of Reservations, Text Messages etc..
Ø Record information in the logbook daily
Ø Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
REQUIREMENT SKILLS:
Ø Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer And Executive
Ø Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
Ø Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Ø Computer literacy
Ø A customer-oriented and professional attitude
Ø An outgoing personality
Ø Outstanding communication abilities
Ø Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ø Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred
