You are being offered the role of Front Office Executive in a well-known hospitality establishment located in Nagercoil. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, managing check-in/check-out processes, handling guest queries and complaints, coordinating with different departments, maintaining guest records, and ensuring a clean and organized reception area. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in / check-out processes - Handle guest queries, complaints, and provide excellent customer service - Manage room bookings, reservations, and guest records - Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments - Handle front desk calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries - Maintain front-office reports and documentation - Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and guest-friendly - Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times Required Skills & Qualifications: - Female candidates only - 12 years of experience in front office/customer handling (hospitality preferred) - Good communication skills - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reservation systems is a plus) - Pleasant appearance and good interpersonal skills - Any qualification accepted In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the job also offers benefits such as a monthly salary of 20,000, immediate joining, health insurance, and provident fund.
