Front desk receptionist

As a courteous and professional individual, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors with a warm greeting and guiding them to the appropriate team or staff member they intend to meet. You will be required to manage incoming calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the relevant personnel. Maintaining detailed visitor logs, including visitor information and the purpose of their visit, will also be part of your duties. In addition, you will play a crucial role in preparing access cards for visitors, coordinating meetings with clients or vendors, and ensuring the office always has an adequate supply of necessary items by keeping track and placing orders when needed. Handling incoming packages, organizing them, and distributing them to the correct recipients, as well as preparing outgoing packages for shipment and coordinating with logistics partners for pick-up, are also among your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will provide administrative support such as photocopying, filing documents, drafting emails, and communicating with vendors or clients. You will also be involved in assisting with travel arrangements for employees and aiding in the hiring process by scheduling interviews and making necessary preparations.
