Looking for a dynamic Front Desk Staff for a Fitness-platform out of Mumbai!
? Manage incoming customer queries, offline and online
? Coordinate with staff to ensure operations are flowing seamlessly
? Coordinate with other branches to collect data and communicate notices
? Maintain data records on CRM
? Manage to upsell to existing customers
? Relevant front office Internship experience or hospitality industry experience would be a big plus
