Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
  • Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using Treebo PMS / HotSoft
  • Manage guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally
  • Maintain front desk records, payments, and daily reports
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for guest satisfaction
  • Upsell rooms and hotel services to maximize revenue
  • Handle OTA and walk-in bookings efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and brand service guidelines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Front Office or Receptionist role in a hotel
  • Familiarity with hotel software systems (HotSoft / Treebo PMS preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (preferred)
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work in shifts
  • Basic computer and billing knowledge
  • Customer-first attitude and problem-solving skills
