Front Desk Office Executive

URGENT HIRING ON FIRST COME BASIS: We are seeking Front desk Office Executive / Receptionist / Office assistant / Office Executive / Backend Office Executive (Both freshers / experienced can apply)    Job Duties: Responsibilities include handling telephone calls, managing visitors The role involves managing attendance register, office stationery stock Additional duties include products & courier dispatches, maintaining courier documentation, and overseeing various administrative tasks as assigned by management.  Assist in managing office schedules, appointments, and meeting coordination. Handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner. Check, verify and tally the correctness of outbound dispatches against invoice documents. Handling petty cash and day to day payments Filing documents and maintaining filing systems Opening, closing duties of office premises   Required Skills: Basic knowledge of Word & Excel Good communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively Maintain pleasant disposition, well dressed and professional image while in office. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping. Professional and friendly demeanour with excellent customer service skills.
