We are hiring Front Office Manager

• Fee collection & tracking (app + Excel)
• Payment reminders & customer support (calls/WhatsApp)
• Admissions, enquiries & follow-ups (incl. social media)
• Class scheduling & teacher coordination Data & reports (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Reception & visitor assistance
• Social media tasks: reply to enquiries, update contents

Requirements:

• Friendly, confident, professional lady
• Empathetic & Professional communication with parents/students
• Good in both English & Malayalam
• Strong Excel/computer skills
• Comfortable with social media inquiries
• Admin/customer service experience a plus
• Organised & multitasker

Work Hours: Mon-Sat, 9AM-6PM (on-site) Salary: 10,000-12,000/month (based on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
