The Front Desk Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, handling visitor and call management, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the corporate office while maintaining a professional corporate image.

Key Responsibilities1. Reception & Visitor Management

  • Greet and welcome clients, vendors, candidates, and visitors courteously
  • Maintain visitor entry logs and issue visitor passes as per company policy
  • Inform concerned employees about visitor arrivals and ensure proper coordination
  • Ensure adherence to security, access control, and confidentiality guidelines

2. Call & Communication Handling

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and route them to appropriate departments
  • Handle general email inquiries and official correspondence
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up

3. Appointment & Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, and corporate visits
  • Arrange refreshments and basic logistics for meetings when required

4. Administrative & Office Support

  • Maintain front desk registers, courier logs, and office records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and parcels
  • Support HR with interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and onboarding formalities
  • Assist with documentation, data entry, filing, and basic reports

5. Corporate Image & Office Management

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Ensure compliance with corporate etiquette, grooming standards, and office policies
  • Monitor and requisition front-office-related stationery and supplies

6. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with HR, Admin, IT, Security, and Facilities teams
  • Escalate issues related to security, facilities, or visitor concerns
  • Support internal events, trainings, and corporate activities

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email systems
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
  • Additional certification in Office Administration or Customer Service is an advantage

Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist in a corporate healthcare environment

Working Conditions

  • Full-time, office-based role
  • May require flexibility during corporate events or extended office hours

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹32,642.76 per month
