Profile - Front Desk Executive
Location - Sector - 65, Noida
Experience - 6 months to 1 Year
Shift - Day (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM )
Salary - Up to 16k

Key Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
2. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
3. Manage front office operations including visitor logs, appointments, and mail distribution.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
5. Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling meetings and handling administrative requests.
6. Assist in basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
7. Ensure all front desk procedures are followed to uphold company standards.
8. Support HR and Admin teams in day-to-day office coordination as needed.
Required Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
2. Minimum 6 months of experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles.
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment handling.
5.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6.Presentable and professional demeanor.
