Job Title: Front Desk Executive – Sales

Salary:

• ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
• Incentives/Commissions applicable on sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in clients and provide information about gym services and membership plans
• Handle membership sales, renewals, and upgrades
• Attend inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Maintain member records, follow-ups, and sales data
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth operations
• Handle payments, billing, and basic administrative work
• Ensure front desk cleanliness and a welcoming environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in front desk sales or gym/fitness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with customer handling abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred)
• Presentable personality and professional attitude

Working Days:

• 6 Days Working (Shift-based)
