Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive, located in Jaipur. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing reception duties, handling phone calls, welcoming and assisting clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk. The role involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere to enhance the client experience.

Outstanding Interpersonal Skills, Communication skills, and Customer Service skills
Proficient Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Pleasant personality and professional demeanor
Proficiency in basic computer applications and office equipment
Experience in similar roles is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a Front Desk Executive or related fields will be advantageous
