Location: Zirakpur, Punjab
Salary: 15-20k per month

Time : 9:30 am-6:30pm (6 day working)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-spoken, presentable, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive (Female) to manage our reception area and support daily front-office operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while ensuring smooth administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
• Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately
• Handle inquiries and provide basic property-related information
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and visitor logs
• Support admin tasks like data entry, courier handling, and document filing
• Coordinate with internal teams for client visits or meetings

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidate, graduate in any discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, confident, and courteous
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred (real estate experience is a plus)
