Front Desk Executive

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a polite, professional, and competent Front Desk Executive to be the face of our company. As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, your role will be vital in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Schedule meetings and book conference rooms
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
• Assist with light secretarial and administrative coordination tasks
• Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front desk environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a corporate/professional setting)
• Gender Preference: Female candidates only
• Professional appearance and confident presence
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy
• Courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and visitors
• Good command of English (intermediate level or above)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
