Job Description

  • Welcoming the visitors/guests and direct appropriately Recording the entry pass details coordinating with Security.
  • Arrangement of newspapers, Magazines in the reception area. Attending telephone calls.
  • Assisting in arrangements for meetings/conferences etc.
  • Ensuring the front office is always in a welcome appearance.
  • Monitoring the flower arrangements.
  • Taking care of special guests as instructed by Directors PA s.
  • Maintaining stock of necessary refreshment items re-ordering.
  • Ensuring the supply of tea/coffee.
  • Maintains telecommunication system by following instructions for house phone and console operation.
  • Coordinating with housekeeping staff for smooth functioning of facility/housekeeping activities.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintain Inward and Outward record by receiving and sending dispatch etc
  • Preparing various reports related to front desk.
  • Any other work assigned from time to time
