  • Maintaining spreadsheet of hospital contact data.
  • Arranging necessary refreshments for meetings in Board Room and Meeting room as and when needed.
  • Coordinating interviews.
  • Assisting candidates in filling pre-interview forms.
  • Distribution of newspapers room wise.
  • Maintenance of board room on daily basis.
