Front Desk & Content Creator

• Greet visitors, clients, or candidates in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer phone calls, transfer them to the right department, take messages, respond to emails.
• Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and maintain calendars.
• Keep the reception area tidy, handle courier services, maintain visitor logs.
• Maintain attendance registers, manage basic documentation, and assist with administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with HR/Admin for office supplies, events, and employee needs.
• First point of contact for queries and complaints — handle with professionalism.
• Create engaging posts, blogs, captions, videos, reels, stories, or graphics for different platforms.
• Plan and post content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Ensure all content matches the company’s tone, style, and marketing goals.
• Stay updated with trends, hashtags, competitor activities, and new content formats.
• Write optimized blogs, website content, and ad copies for better reach.
• Assist in running digital campaigns, promotions, or events online.
• Track engagement, reach, and conversions — suggest improvements.
