Job Description

Duties: Greet walk-in clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner. Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and basic email queries Manage schedules for counselors, visa advisors, and directors. Book appointments, confirm attendance, and maintain daily calendars Provide general information about programs, countries, and services. Collect initial documents or forms from clients. Track document submissions and notify relevant team members. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the reception area. Monitor visitor logbook and update client records in CRM if required. Route calls or messages to appropriate departments.
