Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


• Greet and assist clients at the front desk in a warm, welcoming manner

• Handle incoming calls, client queries, and appointment bookings

• Maintain and update the salon appointment calendar

• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth flow of appointments

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and client reports

• Manage billing, cash handling, and POS software operations

• Keep client data and feedback records updated and confidential

• Ensure cleanliness and professional ambiance of the reception area

• Assist in promoting salon services and offers to walk-in clients


Requirements


• Excellent communication and client-handling skills

• Basic knowledge of salon services and beauty treatments preferred

• Proficient in using phone, WhatsApp, and appointment software

• Prior experience in a salon, clinic, or front desk role is a plus

• Must be punctual, organized, and presentable
