As a Front Desk Cum Property Manager at Tripli Hotels, your role involves managing front desk operations and ensuring exceptional hospitality for our guests. You will be responsible for greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and providing information about our hotel's facilities and services. Additionally, you will oversee property maintenance, coordinate with housekeeping staff, manage bookings and reservations, and address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively. Your organizational skills will be essential in managing team schedules, inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
