Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Associate, located in Hyderabad. The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for greeting guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, answering and directing phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the front desk area.

Qualifications

Strong phone etiquette and receptionist duties proficiency
Customer service skills and clear, effective communication abilities
Computer literacy with the ability to manage reservations and guest data
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is advantageous
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus
