Handle room reservations, calls, and guest queries. Coordinate with housekeeping & other departments. Maintain guest records and billing details. Deliver excellent customer service at all times. 🎯 Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Desk/Reception (Hotel/Resort preferred). Good communication & interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Booking Software). Pleasant personality, polite & professional.
