Qualifications

· Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.

· Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.

· Ensuring that all couriers which are despatched go in the correct category, are weighted properly and packed as per requirement

· Efficiently managing all stock which comes in and out of the office, always keeping an up to date live sheet of the same on drive.

· To collect / deliver important documents / material of the company in the most effective and efficient manner

· Support administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document preparation.

· Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance staff.

· Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and organizing office events.

· Provide basic support for HR/admin functions such as onboarding coordination.

· Ensure that only optimum number of lights, fans and electrical devices are switched on that they are switched off as soon as they are not required

Need good communication in English

Require 6 months to 1 yrs of experience in Admin Work
