Chief Growth & Transformation Consultant

Role Overview

Lead strategic growth and organizational transformation across IIBM, driving admissions, revenue, and operational excellence. Act as a senior consultant guiding all departments—sales, marketing, academics, technology, HR, and finance—towards scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve 5x revenue and admissions targets.
Improve efficiency across departments through process re-engineering and automation.
Strengthen branding, partnerships, and global market expansion.
Build performance dashboards, KPIs, and incentive systems for teams.
Advise leadership on compliance, accreditation, and international positioning.

KPIs

Monthly admissions & revenue growth.
Improvement in collection-to-sales ratio.
Reduction in cost per lead & cost per admission.
Successful launch of new programs and partnerships.
Organizational systems & SOPs implemented.
