Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Freight Broker/Business Development/End-to-End Sales professional, located in Noida. In this role, the individual will manage the brokerage process, ensure efficient dispatching, engage in customer service, handle end-to-end sales operations, and build strong client relationships. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Freight Brokerage, Brokerage, and Dispatching
• Strong customer service skills to effectively address client needs
• Experience in Account Management to maintain and grow business relationships
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Prior experience in business development or sales in logistics or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
