Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in forecasting and planning workforce requirements based on volume trends and business needs.
• Analyze key performance metrics such as shrinkage, occupancy, service levels, and attrition to support efficient resource allocation.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel to support planning and decision-making.
• Work with team leads and managers to understand business goals and align workforce plans accordingly.
• Participate in shift planning and seat allocation activities.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Support long-term and short-term planning for front and back-office operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduates

  (B.E/B.Tech or equivalent) in any engineering discipline.
• Strong foundation in

  mathematics and statistics

  .

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
• Good understanding of

  data analysis and reporting

  .
• Excellent

  communication skills

  – both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work in

  flexible shift schedules

  .

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Basic knowledge of workforce management concepts (e.g., forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning).
• Familiarity with tools like Power BI, SQL, or Google Sheets.
