Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresher - RM - Sales position, based in Indore. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and generating sales. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for client needs, staying updated on financial products and services, and preparing reports for sales performance evaluation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Basic understanding of sales strategies and market trends, coupled with an interest in financial services or consulting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively under minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
