Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for pediatric clients
• Plan and implement individualized physiotherapy or occupational therapy intervention programs
• Work with children having developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, cerebral palsy, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, and other pediatric conditions
• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions as required
• Educate and guide parents/caregivers regarding therapy goals and home programs
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech therapists, psychologists, special educators, and pediatricians
• Monitor child progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
• Adhere to ethical standards and clinic protocols

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT) or Occupational Therapy (BOT / MOT)
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• CDC or pediatric therapy experience is an added advantage
• Valid registration with the respective professional council
• Strong interest in working with children
• Good communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of pediatric therapy approaches and child development
• Empathetic, patient, and child-friendly approach
• Good clinical reasoning and documentation skills
• Willingness to learn and upgrade clinical skills
