About The Opportunity

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and eye examinations in the OPD setting.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations, vision tests, and detailed ocular examinations.
• Develop appropriate treatment plans and advise on further surgical or non-surgical interventions as required.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records with clear documentation of treatment plans and progress.
• Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in ophthalmology to continuously enhance patient outcomes.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Medical degree (MBBS/MD) with a specialization in or a strong interest in Ophthalmology.
• Must-Have: Registration with the relevant medical council (e.g., NEET/State Medical Council).
• Must-Have: Sound foundational knowledge in ophthalmic diagnostic techniques and treatment procedures.
• Must-Have: Ability to perform comprehensive eye examinations and deliver clear patient consultations.
• Preferred: Internship or hands-on clinical rotation experience in ophthalmology or a related field.
• Preferred: Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient engagement skills.
