Fresher MIS & Store Executive

The Vehicle Parts Store Executive will be responsible for managing the replacement parts inventory of the company's bus fleet. This includes ensuring orderly storage areas, accurate record-keeping, and purchasing necessary parts and assemblies. You will oversee the computerized parts catalog system, maintain an inventory of regular and special-order parts, and supply service mechanics with the required parts. Additionally, you will identify optimal sources for replacement parts, purchase standard items, and inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity. You will also obtain quotes for major expenditures, maintain knowledge of pricing and technical bulletins, and collaborate with sales and other staff members. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a basic understanding of automotive parts and mechanical systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is required. Basic mathematical skills are essential for developing and managing invoices and inventories. The ability to quickly learn the inventory system is important for success in this position. This is a full-time position that may require working day shifts, morning shifts, night shifts, or rotational shifts. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, and the work location is in person.,
