Fresher (MBA)

1. Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management decision-making.

2. Business Development Support

• Identify prospective clients/customers.
• Assist in lead generation and follow-ups under guidance.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain basic communication with clients to gather requirements and feedback.
• Ensure timely resolution of queries with the help of senior team members.

4. Sales & Marketing Assistance

• Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Help in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.

5. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and business activities.
• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly MIS reports.

6. Project Coordination

• Support in planning, tracking, and coordinating ongoing projects.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.

7. Financial Understanding

• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses for assigned projects.
• Work with finance teams to understand revenue and cost drivers.

8. Process Improvement

• Observe and suggest improvements in existing workflows.
• Document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) where required.

9. Learning & Development

• Complete assigned training programs.
• Stay updated with industry knowledge, tools, and best practices.

10. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams like sales, marketing, HR, and operations.
• Participate actively in meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
