Job Title:

Sales Back Office Executive (Non-IT | Freshers Welcome)

Location:

Malviya Nagar
Onsite

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role:

Sales Back Office team

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team by preparing and processing quotations, invoices, and sales orders
Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Logistics, Procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing
Maintain and update sales and client databases
Follow up with clients on order status, payments, and documentation
Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and data summaries
Handle incoming calls/emails related to sales queries
Maintain documentation and filing systems for all sales-related processes

Desired Candidate Profile:

Fresh MBA / BBA / Commerce background preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Good analytical and organizational abilities
Willingness to work in a non-IT, office-based role
Comfortable with a 6-day work week (Mon-Sat) and full-day onsite commitment
