Fresher-IT Sales-Cold calling

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Fresher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills and a passion for sales. You will work closely with our sales team to generate leads, build relationships with potential customers, and contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and social media.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Assist in lead generation and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update CRM records.
• Support sales team in presentations and client meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing for outreach campaigns.
• Provide timely reports and insights on sales activities.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (a must).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
