What You'll Do (Real responsibility from Day 1)

• Act as the founders shadow manage daily strategic & operational priorities
• Support financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and investor reporting
• Create investor decks, strategy documents, pitches, and growth reports
• Coordinate across teams (tech, content, marketing, operations) and external partners
• Own end-to-end execution of high-impact projects
• Get direct exposure to fundraising, go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and product decisions

You'll sit in every important meeting and learn how an EdTech company actually runs and grows.

Who We're Looking For (2024/2025 Freshers & Final-Year Students)

• Any degree B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, Economics, Mathematics, etc.
• Outstanding spoken & written English communication
• Extremely organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Google Workspace / MS Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
• Basic understanding of business/finance is a plus (we'll teach you everything else!)
• Passion for education and startups you genuinely want to make a difference

Zero prior experience required. Just hunger, ownership, and the ability to learn at lightning speed.
