Job Overview

EduMetrix is seeking dedicated and qualified online tutors to provide 1-on-1 tutoring for students from 2nd to 12th grade, with a focus on the CBSE syllabus up to Class 10. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, capable of handling at least two subjects, and committed to delivering high-quality education remotely.

Key Responsibilities

1. • Deliver engaging and effective 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions for students following the CBSE syllabus up to Class 10.
2. • Teach the following subjects: Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, and Hindi.
3. • Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and conduct regular assessments to track student progress.
4. • Be available for teaching sessions from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST.
5. • Commit to a daily schedule of 4 hours, Monday to Saturday (6 days a week).
6. • Handle a minimum of two subjects per teacher.
7. • Provide personalized support to enhance students' understanding and academic performance.
8. • Utilize online teaching tools and platforms effectively to conduct classes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in teaching CBSE syllabus up to Class 10.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in at least two of the following subjects: Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, and Hindi.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and technology.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional language skills are a plus).

Work Schedule

• Daily Commitment: 4 hours per day.

• Weekly Commitment: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).

• Availability: 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST.

• Class Schedule: 4-hour sessions scheduled within the available time slot.

Compensation

• Salary: 12,000 INR per month.

• Payment Terms: Monthly, based on attendance and performance.
