Job Description

Job Summary

The Finance & Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations while also supporting marketing activities to promote the company's products and services. This dual role requires strong coordination between finance controls and business development initiatives.

6:30 PM IST to 02:30 AM IST(Night Shift for US Company)

2022 to 2025

Key Responsibilities

Finance Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records
Prepare invoices, receipts, and follow up on payments
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Assist in budgeting and expense tracking
Prepare basic MIS and financial reports

Marketing Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, emails, and social media
Coordinate with sales team for conversions
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and presentations
Organize promotions, campaigns, and client meetings
Maintain client database and CRM updates
Follow up with prospective and existing customers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce, MBA
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
