We are looking forward to an urgent position "Purchase Assistant (Fresher)"

Job Location - Only Male staff

Job Location - Coimbatore – Kuppanaickenpalayam (641 108)

Education & Experience requirements:

• Diploma
• Fresher to 2 years experience only

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day purchase activities
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)
• Maintain purchase records, bills, and vendor documents
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, delivery schedules, and follow-ups
• Compare quotations and prepare comparison statements
• Update purchase data in Excel / ERP software
• Follow up on material delivery and invoices
• Support inventory and store coordination
• Assist senior purchase executives as required

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email
• Basic understanding of procurement or willingness to learn
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Should coordinate with Manager/Senior's properly and perform the roles and Responsibilities
