Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across target accounts and territories.Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure.Engage with decision-makers (CIOs, COOs, Maintenance Heads, EHS Heads) to understand operational pain points and articulate how MaintWiz can deliver measurable ROI.Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-value workshops.Prepare and execute strategic account plans to build a healthy, predictable sales pipeline.Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, webinars, and industry events to drive qualified leads.Maintain CRM discipline with accurate pipeline updates, forecasting, and activity tracking.The candidate should be highly organized, self-driven, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.If you are looking to work with a fast-growing, cutting-edge, technology-driven SaaS company, we encourage you to apply and become an integral part of our sales team
