Role Description-

This is a full-time on-site role for a French Support- IT professional located in Mohali district. The professional will be responsible for providing IT support in French, addressing network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and delivering excellent customer service. The role includes handling customer inquiries, resolving technical problems, and maintaining efficient IT operations.

Qualifications-

• Network Administration and Network Security skills
• Freshers with great language skills in english and french/spanish are required.
• Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills
• Customer Service skills and proficiency in French
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mohali district
• Relevant certifications in IT or Network Security are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
