Job Description:

We are seeking a French Interpreter and Executive Assistant (EA) to provide language support and administrative assistance to senior management. This role involves interpretation/translation between French and English, supporting international business operations, and managing travel to countries like South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpretation/Translation: Provide real-time French-English interpretation and translate business documents.
• Executive Support: Manage schedules, travel arrangements, meetings, and correspondence for senior management.
• International Travel: Coordinate and assist with travel logistics and provide on-site support in South Africa and other countries.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as a liaison between the company and French-speaking clients/stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken). Additional proficiency in local languages is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interpretation, translation, or language services. Experience as an Executive Assistant is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in French, Linguistics, International Relations, or related fields. Certifications in translation or interpretation are a plus.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally, including to South Africa, and adapt to different cultures and business environments.
