Job Description - Manage import/export sales activities. Directly engage with shippers and consignees. Generate new business leads and provide quotes for customer inquiries. Onboard new customers monthly. Ensure timely collection of dues and accurate invoicing according to contracts/quotes to prevent issues. Generate and convert new business leads. Create and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets. Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions for senior management. Work closely with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and improve client satisfaction. Lead high-level negotiations with clients and partners to secure contracts and expand business opportunities.
