Job Description

Compliance to statutory requirements w.r.t. wages, Taxes etc. Monitoring and ensuring timely payments from the Client Ensure timely payment to suppliers. Timely payment of wages Interaction with Banks/NBFCs for BG, EMD, Fund generation etc. To check and ensure all financial transactions in the organisation are being done properly without any mis-appropriation. Compliance to Statutory Audits Conflict resolution with inhouse and outside stakeholders generated in the above processes to ensure uninterrupted cash flow. Monitoring financial healthiness of the organisation and ensure improvement in close association with management. Building healthy relationship with client, suppliers and financial institutions Competency development of the accounts team by training/development Improving the efficiency and accuracy of his/her team
