This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker located in Mohali district. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage operations, handling customer service inquiries, dispatching, and account management. The day-to-day tasks include negotiating with carriers, coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
