FreeSWITCH Developer

You are an experienced FreeSWITCH Developer looking to join the team at Webvio Technologies. Your main responsibilities will include setting up, configuring, and maintaining FreeSWITCH systems for both production and development environments. You will also be developing, customizing, and optimizing call flows, IVR applications, SIP trunking, and conferencing solutions. Integrating FreeSWITCH with databases, APIs, and third-party applications will be a key part of your role. Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to call quality, signaling, and media will also be within your remit. It will be essential to ensure system stability, scalability, and high availability, as well as to perform regular system performance tuning and updates. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust VoIP and PBX solutions will also be crucial. To excel in this role, you should have strong hands-on experience in FreeSWITCH development and configuration. A solid understanding of SIP, RTP, and VoIP protocols is necessary. Proficiency in programming with C, Python, or Lua will be advantageous. Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL is required, as well as knowledge of Linux/Unix-based environments. Familiarity with debugging VoIP traffic using tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, or sngrep will be beneficial. Exposure to PBX/BPO systems is highly desirable. You must have the ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment to succeed in this position.,
