Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Develop and deliver video-based learning content with strong on-camera presence.
• Attend weekly shoots in Gurgaon to record professional video sessions.
• Create engaging learning materials (short videos, explainer sessions, case-based discussions).
• Collaborate on naming and branding the new channel, ensuring it resonates with professionals.

Group Facilitation

• Lead interactive live group sessions using case studies, role plays, peer-to-peer activities, and simulations.
• Facilitate discussions on topics like leadership, executive communication, decision-making, storytelling, negotiation, and AI for business.
• Create a psychologically safe and inclusive learning environment.

Who This Role Is Ideal For

• L&D professionals with

• Current or former professors with excellent communication and facilitation experience.
