Role Description We are looking for a freelance SAP FICO Trainer to deliver high-quality training to aspiring SAP consultants or corporate professionals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on SAP FICO implementation experience and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners. Key Responsibilities Deliver structured training sessions on SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules Prepare and present training materials, assignments, and real-time project scenarios Conduct live sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, and practical workshops Provide guidance on configuration, integration, and reporting within SAP FICO Support learners with hands-on system access and project-based learning Evaluate learner progress and provide feedback Stay updated on the latest SAP FICO features, updates, and industry practices Required Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation or support projects Strong knowledge of FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Profit Center, etc.) Experience in S/4HANA is a plus Prior training experience or mentoring background is preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to deliver training in both group and one-on-one formats Fluent in English or any regional language (as per audience) Show more Show less
