Tepi AI is looking for motivated and results-oriented Freelance Sales Executives to help us expand our reach and impact in the EdTech sector. As a Freelance Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sponsorships and securing paid workshop opportunities for our innovative AI education programs in schools. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential sponsors (brands, corporations, and CSR) and schools interested in AI workshops. Initiate outreach through cold emails, calls, LinkedIn, and networking to generate new leads. Present Tepi AI’s value proposition using our marketing materials and sponsorship deck. Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs and align our offerings. Negotiate terms and close deals for both sponsorships and paid workshops. Coordinate with the Tepi AI team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clients. Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and closed deals. Compensation: Earn 20-25% commission on every successful sponsorship or paid workshop you close—your earnings are directly tied to your performance. No fixed salary or retainer; this is a fully commission-based role. Timely payouts after each successful deal. Who Should Apply: Freelancers or consultants with experience in sales, business development, or sponsorship outreach (education/EdTech experience is a plus, but not required). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Comfortable with remote work and flexible hours.
